E-therapy and counselling sessions are video conference through a secure program meant for psychotherapy. These sessions are for you in challenging life transitions, going through emotional difficulties, or struggling with mental health issues. Research show that E-therapy is just as efficient as face-to-face therapy.

We explore expression and maintaining factors, both circumstantial and within yourself, and together we look at the journey ahead, and lift up what you need onwards.

Well-functioning mental health requires work on multiple levels, such as physical and somatic health, including sleep, nutrition and intimacy, socializing and overall functioning. Your daily functioning level is a key-expression in how you are doing. In times of struggle, it’s natural that these decrease, therefor such aspects will be a focus as well, to ensure good functioning.
