Just popping in to let you know I’m still here;)

A lot of things has happended since last, anything from totally relaxing on the beach and just hanging with my boys, to meeting the Dalai Lama!, Giving the Mindful Yoga retreat in Masseria Potenti, and having the 4th Bodø Yogafestival with Clayton Horton and Dr. Shirley Telles (amongst others). Oh, and yes, Delight Yoga Schools just opened the third location in Amsterdam, SO exciting!

And more exciting things to come, soon an APP will be available for you, with the most amazing yoga teachings available. I’ll keep you updated on that last one.
