“A warm welcome to European Network for Yoga Therapy (ENFYT) a newly initiated network for professionals engaged in yoga therapy. This network is directed primarily towards professionals concerned with mental health care and populations with specific needs. This includes clinicians and other professions in mental health care, academics who research the field and other practitioners of the profession.
ENFYT is an arena to exchange and share practice, experience and research. The aim is also to contribute in the dialog on standards and criteria for yoga therapists as profession.
We host network meetings and an annual International conference where colleagues from all over the globe are invited to present, discuss and share.
ENFYT is directed by Kristin Skotnes Vikjord (Clinical psychologist, ERYT, IAYT) and Anneke Sips (Psychiatric community nurse (RN), RYT, IAYT)“.
Some of the aims include networking, sharing of experience and practice, supervision, and an annual international network meeting.
