So today was a particular happy morning. 

Got up 05.45 (deliberately, and my son still asleep), practiced mysore with the beautiful yoginis in the teacher training I give here north of the arctic circle. The sun softly sparkling in the crazy loads of snow still embracing the landscape here.

Then, total chaos upon returning home, finding my son still in his pyjamas, my man with a gentle, sweet morning smile untill he realized time had flew…. Just like any day:)
