15 Jun A piece of bliss…in my world

Stress can make the world seem foggy and unclear. Regaining clarity is an everyday struggle for many people, and many use yoga, mindfulness and meditation as formal practices to re-find peace of mind. While infact these practices can stirr up the peace before calming the waters, though this I’ll come back to another day.
One of my favorite things to do when to find serenity is to stare. Staring into the nature, particulary the northern norwegian nature, gives me a familiar feeling of bliss (conditioned through many peaceful walks into the woods as a child). And the light. The light here is everychanging, just as the wind, and the ocean – from one blink to another, and in this season, the leaves. Its like all colors are made extremely clear, like the purest versions of colors you can imagine: blue sky, turquise water (though freeeeezing cold), greens and greens of trees and grass, and the brightest rays of sun. These are kind rays mind you, not hard and crazy warm;) And these colors are just as clear in the middle of the night now summertime, entoured by a frame of majestic mountains with a dash of snow sprinkled on top. This view stimulate an embodiment of bliss, in my world.
