A little something for your weekend contemplation: 

Take a pen and paper

Start writing “I remember…” and just let the pen bring you into a spontaneous flow. Whenever you stop, simply start again, a new sentence with “I remember…”. Perhaps the outcome of some sentences will be “I remember nothing from…” or, “I remember only vaguely…”.
