A note on gratitude

A beautiful simple practice to include everyday is the one to take time and say thank you. To someone, to something present in your life, even a quality in yourself, or anything you appreciate at that exact moment. Big or small, anything, anyone. And even for those days when you feel not so great, or even mostly ennoyed (we all have those), saying thanks or giving a moment to reflect in gratitude can alter you perception of the day. Just give it a try.
