31 Oct Some prenatal yoga
A little sharing of some asanas I had documented! whilst pregnant, and oh – it felt so amazing to be practicing, gentle I must add, when everything with me change greatly:) So for you who are carrying your baby, please enjoy! And for all the rest of us, this is all nice practices to do any-a-day you feel for a gentle, caring practice.
Prenatal yoga can be experienced very different, and keep a general attention to moving gently and slow in and out of postures, stay with deep breathing, and whenever something feels wrong, gently come out of the posture and rest.

Bringing love into the connection |

Cat’n cow: and all time fave! Flowing with the breath! Inhale and open the chest… |
…exhale and curve… |
Adho mukha, oh so heavy…. |
…better taking it easy… |
…and just stretch one leg back at a time, holding there for many, long breaths. And then repeating on the other side. |
Melting the chest to the ground: wonderful for opening in the upper back! |
Variation of janu sirsasana: |
Bending somewhat to the side… |
…or going all in! |
Yes, the toe-joints store alot-of-something that feels VERY tense to open. Just stay with the breath… not to long though;) |
And, rest. |
Being together, in breath, in love, and all that comes… |
Have plenty more of these practices, let me know if you want more.
Enjoy!
