18 Nov Now, the inquiery of direct experience

The first verse in Patanjali’s Sutra, reads in sanscrit “ATHA YOGANUSASANAM”. This is one of my favorite sutras, as it take you immediately into the first step of selfinquiery and exploration of what is. Already here the teachings say clarily that yoga is a process that comes out of practice, meaning practice of direct experience. Yoga cannot be studied fragmented only as a philosphy, as asana or other segments. Yoga is a study of the process itself, your process, as you move through life…
